PASSPORT FINDER
1. Passports corresponding with the official receipt numbers listed on this page are ready to be claimed. PLEASE CLAIM YOUR PASSPORTS FROM 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY. There is no need to schedule an appointment for claiming passports.
2. If your official receipt number is listed on this page, then you may proceed to the Embassy with your OLD PASSPORT AND OFFICIAL RECEIPT to claim your new e-passport.
3. You may authorize someone to pick-up your passport on your behalf. The following are the requirements: AUTHORIZATION LETTER, OLD PASSPORT, ORIGINAL RECEIPT, AND VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
4. If you cannot find the number in this list, you may send the applicant’s full name, receipt number, and the date of the application to:

REMINDERS:
- Pursuant to Department Order No. 37-03, all passports unclaimed by the applicants after six (6) months from the date of issuance shall be cancelled.
- This page is immediately and regularly updated every time a delivery of passports is made from DFA-Manila.
