CONSULAR SERVICES TRANSACTIONS

            In line with the walk-in policy of the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Philippine Embassy informs the public that walk-in applicants have always been welcome, and have always been allowed, particularly for the following:

           

  1. Filipinos who will claim their new passports;
  2. Pregnant women;
  3. Senior citizens;
  4. Children aged seven (7) years and below, and their accompanying parent/s/guardian;
  5. Persons with disabilities; and,
  6. Assistance to nationals (ATN) cases.

The Embassy further encourages all clients to schedule an online appointment to facilitate a smoother transaction onsite and in line with the Cambodian Government’s health and safety protocols.

Clients are also encouraged to check the requirements and fees beforehand at the Embassy’s website https://phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph/ .

Clients exhibiting flu-like symptoms (i.e., fever and dry cough) are advised to postpone their appointments or transaction at the Embassy. Body temperatures shall be taken by a non-contact thermometer before entry. Clients are requested to fill up a health declaration form for contact tracing and encouraged to use the hand sanitizers located at the guardhouse.

For passport applicants (for new, renewal, and lost passports), clients are encouraged to log on to the DFA Appointment System website:  http://www.passport.gov.ph
