1. Original and three (3) copies of work contract *** that is valid for at least one (1) year
2. Original and three (3) copies of your valid passport and visa;
3. Three (3) copies of the valid Cambodian National ID  passport and visa of the company representative who signed your contract;
4. Three (3) copies of the company's valid registration with the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce or other relevant Cambodian government regulatory institution  work permit that indicates name of employer

NBI Mobile Clearance Processing

1. Register online at https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/  

(Choose NBI CLEARANCE CENTER as your preferred NBI Branch and take note of your  Reference Number)

1. Valid PH passport
2. One (1) other valid government ID (such as Voter’s ID or Certificate of Registration, Driver’s license, UMID/SSS/GSIS ID, PSA-issued Birth Certificate, PRC ID)
3. Personal appearance
4. Original, clear photocopy or photo of the old NBI clearance issued in 2014 onwards

Note: Renewing applicants with clearance issued in 2014 onwards do not have to undergo online registration.
