PH Embassy, Phnom Penh Releases First PH Passport Valid for 10 Years

31 January 2018 -- Philippine Ambassador to Cambodia Christopher B. Montero (center) hands over to Mr. Sotico Vinoya Pagulayan (left) his Philippine passport valid for 10 years, as Consul General Myca Fischer looks on (right).  Mr. Pagulayan, who hails from Isabela, has been in Cambodia for the past 10 years.
