LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN IMPROVE OUR SERVICES:

            Did you know that the Embassy has a Client Feedback Program (CFP)?  

Since September 2013, the Embassy has put in place the CFP as a mechanism for our clients to provide inputs on how we can improve our services. A Client Feedback Box is located at the Consular Section of the Embassy where the transacting public can submit comments on the quality of our service (courtesy, promptness, ability) and our facilities (comfort, cleanliness, sufficiency).
 
As a result of the feedback, comments and recommendations received through the CFP in recent months, the Embassy instituted the following measures at the Consular Section:
 
  • Made available photocopying services for free;
  • Installed a television (with TFC Channel) for viewing, and a water dispenser;
  • Lessened the number of holidays in order to render consular services to the public even during declared holidays in Cambodia or the Philippines; and
  • Increased the number of consular outreach and multi-agency service missions. 
Because we constantly aim to serve you better, we would appreciate your additional comments and suggestions sent through email, text, FB private message, or the Client Feedback Form.
 
In the interest of transparency, the Embassy will post a summary of the feedback we receive on a regular basis. Here is the summary for the month of September 2016.
