On 19 December 2015, Sentro Rizal of Phnom Penh organized a cooking demonstration for the Filipino community in Cambodia. Mrs. Florencia Torres-Abraham, a retired official of the city government of Makati, provided a step-by-step demonstration of making Christmas hamonado, longganisa, and tocino.  Having now joined her husband who works in Cambodia, Mrs. Torres-Abraham is eager to share her culinary skills with her kababayans in Cambodia.  After the cooking demonstration, the audience had the chance to taste the finished products. Those who attended said that they thoroughly enjoyed the activity and are looking forward to trying out what they have learned.  END
