Phnom Penh, 3 April 2025 – The Embassy of the Philippines in Cambodia successfully conducted the 16th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) in Phnom Penh from 29 to 30 March 2025 with over 700 Filipinos availing themselves of various government services.

Around 1,600 discrete transactions were recorded during the mission, including consular services (passport and legalization of documents), Overseas Voting pre-enrollment, Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC), OWWA membership registration and renewal,  the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) civil and national ID registration, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license renewal, NBI clearance,  PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG memberships, and Bureau of Immigration consultations.

In conjunction with the 16th MASM, the Embassy’s first quarter Pulong-Pulong sa Phnom Penh (4Ps) for 2025 was convened on 30 March 2025 where the Embassy and partner agencies shared updates on government services and responded to inquiries from the Filipino community.  To amplify important messages from the 4Ps, the Embassy streamed the event live on Facebook which garnered a record 16,700 views.

“Special thanks for the exceptional service”, Joel Joson commented on Facebook.  “Kudos to the whole team for a great job in this year’s MASM”, said another client in their feedback form.

“The Philippine Embassy is grateful to the Department of Migrant Workers, the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the Bureau of Immigration, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Pag-IBIG Fund, and the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) for sustaining our MASM all these years. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and deeply appreciative of our partner agencies’ innovative and efficient services including same-day release of PSA and NBI documents. The Filipino community in Cambodia can rest assured that the Philippine Embassy is committed to sustaining the MASM and its community outreach through the 4Ps and mobile consular services in key Cambodian cities,” Philippine Ambassador Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo said. END
