10 November 2024 - The Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh gathered key Filipino Community leaders in Preah Sihanouk province this morning to conduct a Contingency Planning exercise.In her welcome remarks, Philippine Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo, discussed the importance of preparing the Filipino community to respond to crisis situations, such as natural disasters and global health emergencies.
Around fifteen (15) community representatives from various sectors participated in the exercise and committed to support Embassy initiatives to protect Filipinos in the province, including through emergency preparedness and responses in Preah Sihanouk province. END
