Phnom Penh, 31 October 2023 – The Embassy of the Philippines in Cambodia brings the 14th edition of the Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM)  to Siem Reap on 28-29 October 2023.   It has been several years since the last MASM was held outside the capital city of Phnom Penh.   The MASM is an initiative of the Embassy that serves as a one-stop-shop for Filipinos in Cambodia to avail of services from various government agencies.
