SUNDAY CONSULAR SERVICES IN FEBRUARY 2021

 

To enable members of the Filipino community to avail of the consular services of the Philippine Embassy without having to skip work, the Consular Section of the Embassy will be open on Sunday, 21 February 2021, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

The Embassy will provide the following services:

• Overseas Voters' Registration (please bring your valid passport and one photocopy of the passport data page);
• Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
• Passport renewal;
• Civil registration (report of birth and report of marriage); and
• Notarial services (e.g., acknowledgement of employment contract, affidavit of invitation and support, special power of attorney, etc.).

SECURITY BRIEFING ON THE OPERATIONS OF COMMUNIST TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES

In addition to the consular services, an ORIENTATION/BRIEFING ON COMMUNIST TERRORIST GROUPS will be conducted by the Office of the Defense and Armed Forces Attaché in the same afternoon from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT

Effective 16 March 2020, all consular transactions will require an online appointment to help stem the spread of the novel coronavirus and to protect the public availing themselves of consular services. For clients with multiple transactions, please schedule only one appointment and indicate the services you also wish to book in the comments box.

The following are exempt from booking an online appointment: passport claimants, senior citizens, pregnant women, persons with disability (PWD), and clients carrying infants.

Please check the embassy's website: www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction. Clients are encouraged to prepare the forms and photocopies needed for each transaction.

Clients are advised to come ten (10) minutes before the scheduled appointment and to wear own facemasks before entering the Embassy.
