The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Philippine Embassy in Cambodia, intends to charter a flight from Phnom Penh to Manila to bring Filipinos stranded in Cambodia because of the non-availability of commercial flights and the closure of Cambodia’s international borders. This program will be on a first come, first served basis, but those whose employment have been terminated or otherwise economically impacted by COVID-19, as well as those with special needs will be given priority. If you have intention to return to Cambodia, we ask that you do not apply to this repatriation program and give way to those in bigger need to return to the Philippines.

  1. Your contact email address and phone number in Cambodia;
  2. Your full address in Cambodia;
  3. Contact email and phone number of your family/next of kin in the Philippines
  4. Your final destination in the Philippines;
  5. Any health or other risk factors we should be aware of;
  6. Copy of passport data page;
  7. Copy of Cambodian visa;
  8. Copy work permit, if applicable; and
  9. Copy of OWWA payment receipt or Certificate of OWWA Membership,  

     if available.

The deadline to submit your request for repatriation is 7 April 2020, 4:00 pm.

            Filipinos who have previously submitted requests for repatriation do not need to re-submit their request. Those who participated in SAMAPI’s survey and indicated interest in being repatriated will need to submit the above-cited information/documents.

Repatriates will go through the mandatory screening by Philippine health authorities upon arrival at NAIA. They will also be required to undergo self-quarantine for 14 days. They will be provided transportation to destinations in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Those whose final destination is in the Visayas or Mindanao will need to coordinate with relatives in Metro Manila for temporary shelter while the Enhanced Community Quarantine is in place.

VOLUNTARY REPATRIATION NG MGA PILIPINO

NA NASTRANDED SA CAMBODIA

Layunin ng Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas (Department of Foreign Affairs), sa pamamagitan ng Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa Cambodia, na mag-charter ng eroplano mula Phnom Penh patungong Maynila upang dalhin ang mga Pilipinong na-stranded sa Cambodia dahil sa pagkawala ng mga commercial flights at ang pagsasara ng mga international borders ng Cambodia. Ang programang ito ay “first come, first served basis”, ngunit ang mga naapektuhan ang pagtatrabaho dahil sa COVID-19, pati na rin ang mga may espesyal na pangangailangan ay bibigyan ng prayoridad. Kung kayo ay may balak na bumalik sa Cambodia, pinakikiusapan naming kayo na huwag na lamang mag-apply sa programang ito at ibigay na lamang ang pagkakataon sa mga higit na nangangailang umuwi ng Pilipinas.

  1. Ang iyong contact email address at telephone number sa Cambodia;
  2. Ang iyong buong address sa Cambodia;
  3. Ang email address at telephone number ng iyong pamilya sa Pilipinas
  4. Ang pinakahuling patutunguhan mo sa Pilipinas;
  5. Mga problema sa kalusugan na dapat naming malaman;
  6. Kopya ng pahina ng data ng pasaporte;
  7. Kopya ng Cambodian visa;
  8. Kopya ng work permit, kung naaangkop; at
  9. Kopya ng resibo ng OWWA o Certificate of OWWA Membership, kung naaangkop.

Ang deadline ng pagsumite ng repatriation request ay ika-7 ng Abril 2020, 4 n.h.

Ang mga Pilipino na dati nang nagsumite ng kahilingan para sa pagpabalik sa Pilipinas ay hindi na kailangang muling mag-submit. Ang mga lumahok sa survey ng SAMAPI at nagpahiwatig ng interes na ma-repatriate ay kailangang magsumite ng nabanggit na impormasyon / dokumento.

Ang mga repatriates ay kinakailangang dumadaan sa mandatory screening ng DOH pagdating sa NAIA. Sila din ay kinakailangang sumailalim ng self-quarantine sa loob ng 14 na araw. Bibigyan sila ng transportasyon sa kanilang patutunguhan sa Metro Manila at kalapit na mga lalawigan. Yaong ang pangwakas na destinasyon ay nasa Visayas o Mindanao ay kinakailangang tumuloy muna sa kamag-anak sa Metro Manila habang nakasailalim ang Luzon sa Enhanced Community Quarantine.
