In view of the World Health Organization’s decision to raise the risk level of the novel Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to "very high" and the Philippine Department of Health’s advisory to cancel big events or mass gatherings, the Embassy has decided to cancel the 12th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM), tentatively scheduled on 4-5 April 2020, as a precautionary measure.
