Avail yourself of the government services offered in the biggest Multi-agency Service Mission this weekend, 2-3 November 2019, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Embassy.

 

Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA or formerly known as the National Statistics Office)

 

Aside from offering consultation services, the PSA will also accept requests to print/issue copies of birth, marriage and death certificates as well as Certificates of No Marriage (CENOMAR). The documents will be printed in the Philippines and delivered to the Embassy after three (3) to four (4) weeks. Fees are as follows:

 

  • Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates    - Php 155.00 (around USD 3.05)
  • Certificates of No Marriage                     - Php 210.00 (around USD 4.15)

 

Please prepare a photocopy of your passport.

 

Land Transportation Office’s Fees

 

Applicants are encouraged to pay in Philippine peso. Those unable to pay in Philippine peso are requested to prepare to pay USD 9 to USD 16. The USD rates indicated below are rough estimates based on today’s bank conversion rate, which are subject to change depending on the bank conversion rate on 2 and 3 November 2019:

 

Renewal of Driver’s License

  • For valid license

PHP 652.63 (around USD 12.85)

  • Expired license (1 day to 1 year)

PHP 727.63 (around USD 14.32)

  • Expired license (1 year and 1 day to 2 years):

PHP 802.63 (around USD 15.80)

Duplicate Renewal of Driver’s License (Professional and Non-Professional)

PHP 832.63 (around USD 16.40)

Duplicate Driver’s License (Professional and Non-Professional)

PHP 472.63 (around USD 9.30)

 

The following services are available:

 

  • Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) processing/renewal for those who were previously registered with POEA in the Philippines or Filipinos who will change employers or jobsite;
  • OWWA membership;
  • PhilHealth membership;
  • SSS membership;
  • Pag-ibig membership, Housing Loan and Multi-Purpose Loan, and Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) enrollment;
  • Opening of DBP ATM Savings Account;
  • NBI clearance issuance and renewal;
  • Renewal of Philippine driver’s license (advance renewal or expired for not more than 2 years);
  • Consultations with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO);
  • Consultations with the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly known as National Statistics Office or NSO) and request for copies of civil registry documents;
  • Consultations with the Bureau of Immigration; and
  • Embassy consular services: passport renewal, notarization/legalization, civil registry, Embassy ID.

In addition to the above-cited services, there will be briefings from the Bureau of Immigration on departure formalities for international-bound passengers in all airports and seaports in the Philippines, the Commission on Filipinos Overseas on its programs and services for overseas Filipino workers, and Pag-ibig Fund on its programs and services for overseas Filipinos at 8:30 am on both days of the MASM.
