10th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM)
The Embassy of the Philippines in Phnom Penh brings the biggest Multi-agency Service Mission on 6-7 April 2019, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, at the Multi-purpose Hall of the Embassy. For the first time in Cambodia, representatives of eight (8) government agencies are coming to provide onsite services to our kababayans, in a one-stop shop format, namely the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG).
The following services will be available:
- Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) processing/renewal;
- OWWA membership;
- NBI clearance issuance/renewal;
- Renewal of Philippine driver’s license (advance renewal or expired for not more than 2 years);
- Opening of DBP ATM Savings Account;
- PhilHealth membership application;
- Pag-IBIG Fund membership (new and reactivation); Pag-IBIG loan application
- Consultation with the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly known as NSO) on birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other important civil documents; and
- Embassy consular services: passport renewal, notarization/legalization, civil registry, Embassy ID.
