SCHEDULE OF OVERSEAS VOTING FOR THE

2019 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS

 

Pursuant to the Commission on Election’s (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10429 promulgated on 1 October 2018, the Philippine Embassy informs all registered Filipino overseas voters in Cambodia that voting for the 2019 Philippine National Elections will start on 13 April 2019 (Saturday), and will be held continuously until 13 May 2019 (Monday), except on 18 and 19 April 2019, at the Embassy’s premises located at No. 182, Norodom Blvd, Phnom Penh.

              Only Filipinos whose names appear at the Certified List of Registered Voters (CLOV) for Cambodia are qualified to cast their vote.

              Qualified voters are reminded of the following important information: 

  • Voting from 13 April to 12 May 2019 will take place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, without lunch breaks
  • In compliance with Proclamation No. 555 dated 15 August 2018, casting of votes on 18 and 19 April 2019 are suspended, in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
  • Eligible voters are requested to check whether their names appear in the Certified List of Registered Voters (CLOV), which may be accessed at http://phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph/images/printCLOVPosting.pdf. A printed copy of the CLOV is also posted at the consular area of the Embassy.
  • Qualified voters can vote only by personally casting their ballot at the voting precinct within the Embassy premises.
  • Please bring one (1) valid government-issued ID (passport, voter’s ID, etc.) in case voters’ biometrics information are unavailable in COMELEC’s list of voters.
