Guidelines for Accreditation
(Mass Media / Filipino Community / NGO / CSO)
in Connection with the Conduct of Overseas Voting for the May 2019 elections

1. COMELEC Resoultion no. 10498 : Guidelines for Mass Media accreditation and accreditation application form

General Requirements:
- Duly accomplished Accreditation Application Form
- Two (2) recently taken 2x2 colored photographs
- An endorsement from the newspaper, television, radio station, or internet news agency employing the applicant
Accredited members of the mass media shall be issued Media Cards duly signed by the Philippine Ambassador, to be distributed on 08 April 2019 onwards. The Media Card shall be strictly non-transferable and shall be worn prominently whenever the media representative is covering or observing an electoral event. Any abuse thereof shall result in revocation of accreditation.
2. COMELEC Resolution no. 10499 : Guidelines for Accreditation of Filipino Community (FilCom), Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), or Civil Society Organization (CSO) and accreditation application form

General Requirements:
- Duly accomplished Accreditation Application Form
- List of officers and members including their addresses and contact numbers
- Photocopies of valid IDs of officers and members
Accredited FilComs, NGOs, and CSOs shall be issued Certificates of Accreditation and IDs duly signed by the Philippine Ambassador, to be distributed on 08 April 2019 onwards. Accreditation shall be strictly non-transferable. Any abuse thereof shall result in revocation of accreditation.
IMPORTANT:
The deadline for filing applications for accreditation is on 31 March 2019.
All applications must be filed personally at the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy Chancery building (No. 182 Norodom Boulevard, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Kham Chamkarmon
