The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is pleased to announce that it will organize a Basic Khmer Language Classes for Filipinos starting on 24 March 2019 (Sunday), from 10:00 am to 12:00 nn, at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Embassy.

The Basic Khmer Language Classes will be conducted in the English language by a Cambodian teacher. It aims to equip members of the Filipino community, especially those who are newly-arrived in Cambodia, with basic Khmer language skills that will enable them to readily adapt to local customs and practices.      

The classes are FREE and will be held for ten (10) sessions every Sunday (exact dates of succeeding sessions will be announced after each class). Prospective participants who can commit to attend all the 10 sessions will be given preference.
