MOBILE CONSULAR SERVICES IN SIEM REAP 17-18 NOVEMBER 2018

The Philippine Embassy informs all our kababayans in Siem Reap and nearby provinces of an upcoming Mobile Consular Outreach, with the following details:

Date   :          17-18 November 2018 (Saturday and Sunday)  

Time   :          17 November, Saturday, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.

                      18 November, Sunday, 8:30-12:30 pm

Venue :          TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON

The Embassy will send a Consular Team that will provide the following services:

• Passport renewal and Passport extensions;
• Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
• Civil registry (Report of Birth and Report of Marriage); and
• Notarial services (e.g. acknowledgment of employment contract, affidavit of invitation, etc.).
