FIELD OVERSEAS VOTERS REGISTRATION AND
MOBILE CONSULAR SERVICES IN BAVET ON 15-16 SEPTEMBER 2018
The Philippine Embassy informs all our kababayans in Svay Rieng Province and other nearby provinces that a Consular Team will conduct a field overseas voters registration and mobile consular mission in Bavet, with the following details below:
Date : 15-16 September 2018 (Saturday-Sunday)
Time : 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. -- 15 September
8:00 -10:00 a.m. – 16 September
Venue : Staff House, National Road 1, Bavet, Svay Rieng Province
(in between So Nguon Dry Port and Sokimex Gasoline Station).

The Embassy will send a Consular Team that will provide the following services:
- Overseas Voters' Registration (please bring your valid passport);
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
- Passport renewal and passport extensions;
- Civil registry (Report of Birth and Report of Marriage); and
- Notarial services (e.g. acknowledgment of employment contract, affidavit of invitation, etc.).

The Embassy Team likewise invites Filipino nationals in Svay Rieng and nearby provinces to a briefing on the Embassy's Contingency Plan and consultations on labor and immigration issues on 15 September, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
