SURVEY:
MOBILE CONSULAR SERVICES IN POIPET
The Philippine Embassy informs all our kababayans in Banteay Meanchey that a consular team will proceed to Poipet on 14 May 2018, following the mobile consular mission in Siem Reap on 12-13 May 2018.
To ascertain the consular needs of the Filipino community in Banteay Meanchey and help determine the appropriate venue in Poipet, the Embassy requests Filipinos in Banteay Meanchey to call/text/Viber the Embassy's consular phone +855-98-888-529 and indicate the services that will be required, such as:
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
- Passport renewal and passport extensions;
- Claiming of passports;
- Civil registry (Report of Birth and Report of Marriage);
- Notarial services (e.g. acknowledgment of employment contract, affidavit of invitation, etc.); and
- Overseas Voters' Registration.
The Embassy would appreciate receiving a response not later than 8 May.
