Are you going home to the Philippines for Khmer New Year? Do you want to ensure a hassle-free return to Cambodia?
Don’t lose your vacation days falling in line to get your Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or Balik-Manggagawa Certificate in the Philippines!
With complete requirements, you can get/renew your Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Membership and apply for your OEC during the 8th Multi-agency Service Mission at the Philippine Embassy on 07-08 April 2017 (Saturday & Sunday).

Please come to the Embassy with your complete requirements to ensure the speedy processing of your transactions.
Other Philippine government agencies that will deliver onsite services are the SSS, PhilHealth, and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). A representative from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) --formerly known as NSO/Census will also be there to answer questions about birth certificates, marriage certificates and other similar concerns on civil registry.
