The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is pleased to announce that the 8^th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) will be held at the Embassy's Multi-Purpose Hall on the following dates and times:

07 April 2018 (Saturday) - 8:30 - 12:00 noon

1:30 - 5:30 p.m.

08 April 2018 (Sunday)  - 8:30 - 12:00 p.m.

1:30 - 5:30 p.m.

            The frontline services that will be offered are:

1. Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) / Balik-Manggagawa Certificate (for those who are considered "first time applicants");
2. Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration (OWWA);
3. PhilHealth Membership application or renewal and PhilHealth ID issuance; 
4. Social Security System (SSS) membership application or renewal; and
5. National Bureau of Invistigation (NBI)  NBI clearance processing.

Consultations with a representative from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) -formerly known as NSO, will be available. Matters pertaining to changes in Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates and the like may be addressed by the PSA representative.
