ANNOUNCEMENT:  UPDATING THE EMBASSY DATABASE OF FILIPINOS

The Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh is currently in the process of fine-tuning its registry/database of Filipinos living in Cambodia, with the aims of:

a) determining a more precise number of Filipinos living in Cambodia; and

b) updating the contact details of Filipinos in Cambodia.

A more accurate data and reliable information on Filipinos living overseas are critical to the formulation and implementation of policies affecting our overseas Filipinos, particularly on the responsiveness of the Philippine Embassy's services to the needs of all our kababayans in Cambodia.     

The updated contact details will be useful in case the Embassy issues important notices concerning community activities and advisories during emergencies.

All information provided to the Embassy will be treated with utmost confidentiality and shall not be shared to third parties without the express consent of the individual concerned. 

In this regard, all Filipinos in Cambodia are encouraged to register with the Embassy by accomplishing the downloadable form (see below for instructions). Filipinos whose Embassy IDs are still valid NEED NOT register again unless there are changes to their contact details.

Those who have not yet registered or whose Embassy IDs are no longer valid are requested to register, especially if there are changes on their contact details. The Embassy will assume that those whose registrations were not renewed by 28 February 2018 are NO LONGER living or residing in Cambodia, and their names will be removed from the Embassy's registry/database of Filipino nationals.

Once the registration form has been successfully filled out, send it via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and request for an Embassy ID. Issuance of the Embassy ID is free of charge. The registrant can then pick up his/her Embassy ID either personally or through an authorized representative (Authorization Letter and Proof of Identification of the ID owner and the representative are required).

Kindly help disseminate this announcement to other Filipinos in Cambodia, especially to those who do not have internet access.
