The Philippine Embassy informs all Filipino nationals in Sihanoukville and nearby provinces that the mobile consular mission and overseas voters' registration, initially scheduled on 1-2 July 2017, has been postponed. It will be re-scheduled to a new date before the Pchum Ben holidays.
