The Embassy of the Philippines in Cambodia is pleased to announce that the 7th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM) at the Philippine Embassy will be held on two whole days, 01-02 April 2017 (Saturday & Sunday), from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Previously, the MASM was scheduled to end by 12:00 noon of 02 April (Sunday). However, in order to allow more kababayans to apply for an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or Balik-Manggagawa Certificate, the services will be extended until 5:00 pm.
It is required that all OEC applicants sign up online beforehand. The step-by-step instructions on how to do this can be viewed through these videos:
