In celebration of NATIONAL WOMEN'S MONTH, the Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh cordially invites all Filipino women in Cambodia to attend a lecture/workshop entitled "Practical and Simple Ways to Manage Stress" to be held on Sunday, 19 March 2017, at 5:00 pm, at the Philippine Embassy.

The lecture/workshop is free and will be followed by a light dinner. In keeping with gender equality, Filipino men are also welcome to join the event

The Embassy hopes that the lecture/workshop will help participants identify and prioritize work-family balance issues. Participants will do a series of activities to reduce levels of stress associated with responsibilities encountered at work and at home.

This activity is part of the Philippine Government’s program for Gender and Development or GAD, specifically to comply with certain provisions of the Magna Carta of Women, also known as the Bill of Rights of Women.
