The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Phnom Penh hereby announces the resumption of overseas voter registration and certification for the 13 May 2019 national elections.
Section 6 of COMELEC Resolution 10167 states that: "All citizens of the Philippines, who are abroad or will be abroad during the thirty (30) day voting period, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections and not otherwise disqualified by law, may register."
Applicants can secure their Overseas Form No. 1 (OVF 1) either at Consular Section of the Embassy, through the websites of COMELEC or DFA, or file online using the iRehistro facility at www.comelec.gov.ph
Applications for registration/certification and transfer of registration records may be filed from 01 December 2016 to 30 September 2018. Please present your passport to apply.
