The Embassy of the Philippines in Cambodia is pleased to announce that it will hold the 5th Multi-Agency Service Mission on 2-3 April 2016, Saturday and Sunday, at the Cambodia-Korea Cooperation Center (CKCC). CKCC is located inside the campus of the Royal University of Phnom Penh on Russian Confederation Blvd., Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh.
The highlight of this event will be the issuance of Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) for both first time applicants as well as those who will renew their OECs. APPLICANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE at www.bmonline.ph. Instructions are available HERE.
As in the previous MASMs, representatives from the Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration (OWWA), the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), SSS, and PhilHealth will provide onsite services such as registration and membership renewal, as well as briefings on OFW benefits.
Officials from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration will likewise be on hand to provide briefings on the Philippine government's guidelines for Filipinos departing for travel abroad (to avoid offloading) while a DOLE official will discuss measures being undertaken by the Philippine government to prevent illegal recruitment and human trafficking (e.g., employment contracts, direct hiring, and disadvantages of being a tourist worker).
The Embassy will provide regular consular services (passport extensions and renewals, contract verification and legalization and other notarial services), and process Embassy ID registration/renewal.
Please see the attached flyer HERE for more information on services and requirements.
All Filipino nationals are cordially invited to avail of these services, and learn more about the Philippine Government's programs and benefits for Overseas Filipinos.
Magkita-kita po tayo sa MASM!
