This is to inform Filipino nationals living and working in Cambodia, whose names are listed HERE, that their Overseas Voting registration records have been deactivated for failure to vote in two (2) consecutive national elections (2010 and 2013).
For individuals whose names are included in the deactivated list of overseas voters, they may still exercise their right to vote and participate in the May 2016 elections by filing for an Application for Reactivation. The COMELEC Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV) has extended the period of filing of Application for Reactivation from 31 October 2015 to 09 December 2015.
In addition, COMELEC-OFOV has also simplified the process of the Application for Reactivation (OVF No. 1G) by allowing the filing through either:
