Deactivation of registration records of overseas voters who failed to vote in two (2) successive elections is mandated under Section 13 of R.A. 10590.

Here are the names of voters registered in Cambodia who have failed to vote in two (2) successive national elections. COMELEC-OFOV has ordered the Resident Electoral Registration Boards (RERB) Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia to deactivate these registrants.

Those who wish to remain active in the list of registered voters in Cambodia must contact the Embassy’s RERB to express their desire to vote in the 2016 National elections, on or before 30 September 2015 by calling the Embassy’s telephone number 023-222-303 or by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Filing for an application for reactivation is until 31 October 2015 only.
