The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines informs all Filipino nationals that it will conduct a mobile consular outreach/mission in Bavet, Svay Rieng Province.
During these days, a team of Embassy officials will provide consular services (passport services, notarial services, Embassy ID issuance and renewal) and accept/process applications for Overseas Voters' Registration/Voter's ID.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICES
1. EMBASSY ID REGISTRATION
Submit accomplished registration form as an attachment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your full name as "TITLE or SUBJECT OF EMAIL" (example: Cruz, Maria) along with the following scanned documents:
(a) Data/Information page of your current passport and
(b) 1 x 1 inch recent photo (in .jpg format)

Applicants who are able to submit their completed registration form, together with the abovementioned documents, may claim their Embassy IDs during the Consular Outreach Mission in Bavet.
2. OVERSEAS VOTERS REGISTRATION
(a) visit the COMELEC Website www.comelec.gov.ph or this link
http://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ov/ to download the editable forms.
(b) submit the accomplished form and proceed to the Consular Outreach venue for data and biometrics capturing (photo, fingerprint and signature)
