A mobile citizen services mission and field voting for the 2025 National Elections will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Cambodia in Sihanoukville and neighboring provinces as follows:

SETTING AN APPOINTMENT
Applicants are advised to secure an online appointment using the following platforms:

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPLICATION

Please check www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction.

Clients are expected to bring the accomplished forms and required photocopies per application for faster service. There is no photocopying machine available onsite.

To avoid space congestion, please come to the venue not earlier than ten (10) minutes before your appointment. Unless the applicant is a minor, Person with Disability (PWD), senior citizen, or pregnant woman, no escorts will be allowed at the service site.
