SUNDAY CONSULAR SERVICE, 23 FEBRUARY 2025
The Consular Section of the Embassy will be open on Sunday, 23 February 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the following citizen services:
● Passport renewal
● Civil registration, such as Report of Birth and Report of Marriage
● Notarial services, including Acknowledgement of Employment Contract, Affidavit of Invitation and Support, Special Power of Attorney, etc.
ONLINE APPOINTMENT
Applicants are encouraged to secure an online appointment using the following appointment platform:

For clients with multiple transactions, please schedule only one appointment and indicate the other services you wish to book in the comments box.
No appointment is needed to claim passports.
To facilitate the delivery of services, applicants are advised to visit www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and corresponding fees for each consular transaction. Clients are kindly requested to present duly accomplished forms and photocopies needed for each consular service.
Clients are further advised to arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and to wear a facemask before entering the Embassy.
