JOINT EMBASSY-MWO CITIZEN SERVICES
22-23 September 2024 (Sunday and Monday)
A Joint Embassy-Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Citizen Services will be held on 22 September 2024 at 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on 23 September 2024 at 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The following services will be made available on said dates:
PHILIPPINE EMBASSY:
- Embassy ID Issuance and renewal
-Passport renewal
-Civil Registration
-Notarial services
MWO SINGAPORE:
-OEC issuance
-Consultation and counseling
-OWWA membership and renewal
Applicants are advised to book an online appointment using https://phnompenhpe.setmore.com/
For clients with multiple transactions, please schedule only one appointment and indicate the other services you wish to book in the comments box. No appointment is needed to claim passports.
Prior to visiting the Embassy, applicants are requested to check https://phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph/ for the list of requirements and corresponding fees for each consular transaction. Clients must present duly-accomplished forms and photocopies required for each consular service.
For their convenience, clients are further advised to arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
