The Embassy of the Philippines informs Filipinos in and those traveling to Cambodia that the Royal Government of Cambodia will officially implement the use of the Cambodia e-Arrival Card from 01 September 2024 onwards at international airports of the Kingdom of Cambodia. All passengers at international airports of Cambodia will be required to complete the electronic form.

The Cambodia e-Arrival Card consolidates the immigration, visa application, customs, and health information into a single electronic form. This online form is accessible via www.arrival.gov.kh or via the Cambodia e-Arrival (CeA) App which is available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
