SUNDAY CONSULAR SERVICES IN JANUARY 2023
To enable members of the Filipino community to avail of the consular services of the Philippine Embassy without having to skip work, the Consular Section of the Embassy will be open on Sunday, 22 January 2023, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
The Embassy will provide the following services:
- Overseas Voters' Registration(please bring your valid passport and one photocopy of the passport data page; for married females, please bring your marriage certificate/Report of Marriage);
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
- Passport renewal (https://www.passport.gov.ph);
- Civil registration (report of birth and report of marriage); and
- Notarial services (e.g., acknowledgement of employment contract, affidavit of invitation and support, special power of attorney, etc.).
ONLINE APPOINTMENT
While walk-in clients are allowed, the Embassy highly encourages its clients to secure an online appointment when availing of consular services to facilitate your transaction at the Embassy and in compliance with Cambodian health and safety protocols. Clients are advised to fill out the forms in advance and bring all necessary documentary requirements and photocopies needed for each transaction in order to ensure a faster transaction.
