MOBILE CONSULAR SERVICES IN SIHANOUKVILLE ON

The Philippine Embassy informs all our Kababayan in Preah Sihanouk and nearby provinces of an upcoming mobile consular mission with the following details:
Date and Time : 17 December 2022, Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
18 December 2022, Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Venue: Meeting Room II
Sokha Beach Resort
Street 2 Thnou, Sihanouk Ville, Cambodia
The Embassy will provide the following consular services:
- Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
- Passport renewal;
- Civil registration (report of birth and report of marriage); and
- Notarial services (e.g., acknowledgement of employment contracts, affidavits of invitation and support, special power of attorney, etc.).
ONLINE APPOINTMENT
While walk-in clients are allowed, the Embassy highly encourages its clients to secure an online appointment when availing of consular services to facilitate your transaction at the mobile consular site and in compliance with Cambodian health and safety protocols. Please check the Embassy's website: www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction. Clients are encouraged to prepare the forms and photocopies needed for each transaction in advance to ensure a faster transaction.
Clients are advised to come ten (10) minutes before the scheduled appointment and to wear a facemask at all times to ensure the safety of other clients.
