PHILIPPINE ONE-STOP ELECTRONIC TRAVEL DECLARATION SYSTEM
(etravel.gov.ph)
The public is advised of the new ELECTRONIC TRAVEL DECLARATION SYSTEM (e-Travel Platform) to be used for the faster and easier processing of all incoming travelers, Filipinos and foreigners alike, to the Philippines.
Effective 5 December 2022, the new e-Travel form will replace the One Health Pass of the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and the arrival card of the Bureau of Customs (BOC). Arriving passengers will no longer be required to fill out the paper-based arrival card.
The e-Travel form may be accessed through etravel.gov.ph or via the QR code below.
Registration on the e-Travel platform is free. All inbound passengers are requested to register at least 72 hours prior to the date of travel.
Aside from BOQ and BOC, the other partner agencies are the Department of Information and Communications Technology, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Health, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Justice.
