ADVISORY: CONSULAR SERVICES IN AUGUST 2022

STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT

The Philippine Embassy in Cambodia informs the public that several of its personnel, including those assigned at the consular office, have tested positive for COVID-19.

All clients who transacted with the Consular Office on August 12 are advised to monitor themselves for symptoms and take rapid antigen tests, as necessary.

Beginning 15 August 2022 and in view of the limited manpower, all consular services, except claiming passports, will be strictly limited to clients who have scheduled appointments with the Philippine Embassy.

1. For new application/renewal/ lost or damaged passports - https://www.passport.gov.ph

3. For clients with multiple transactions, please schedule only one appointment and indicate the other services you wish to book in the comments box.

3. Claiming passports - No appointment needed

Please check the embassy's website: www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction. Clients are encouraged to prepare the forms and photocopies needed for each transaction in advance to ensure a faster transaction.

Clients are advised to come ten (10) minutes before the scheduled appointment and to STRICTLY WEAR FACEMASKS before entering the Embassy. END
