CLAIMING OF PSA CIVIL REGISTRY DOCUMENTS
REQUESTED DURING THE 12TH MASM
In connection with the 12th Multi-Agency Service Mission (MASM), the civil registry documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, and certificates of no marriage or CENOMAR) requested from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on June 18-19 are now available for claiming/pick up at the Embassy’s Consular Section during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
No appointment is needed to claim the documents.
Please bring your valid passport when claiming the documents.
If you are unable to personally claim the license, you may authorize someone to pick-up your license on your behalf. The following are the requirements: AUTHORIZATION LETTER, PHOTOCOPY OF THE OWNER’S PASSPORT, AND VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
Clients are advised to wear facemasks before entering the Embassy.
