TRANSIT REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES IN SINGAPORE

(as of 07 December 2021)

 

All Filipinos in Cambodia who will be travelling and transiting in Singapore are informed of the following:

  • Effective 07 December 2021, pre-departure testing (PDT) will be required from travelers entering or transiting through Singapore.
  • All transiting travelers will have to present a valid (i.e. taken within 2 days prior to departure) negative COVID-19 PCR test, at all air, sea, and land checkpoints. Transiting passengers without a negative PDT may be refused permission to board their flight to Singapore or deported to the country of origin. Ensure that your COVID-19 PCR test has been translated into ENGLISH.
  • This requirement does not apply to travelers aged 2 and below (as of calendar year).
  • Passengers traveling on a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight are allowed to transit if they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and have a valid vaccination certificate in English issued by any country.
  • Only passengers traveling with an airline whose transfer route has been approved by Singapore authorities will be allowed to transit at Changi Airport. To date, CAAS has allowed the following carriers to fly transit through Singapore:

● Asiana Airlines

● KLM Royal Dutch  Airlines

● Scoot

● Bangkok Airways

● Lufthansa

● Air France

● Fiji Airways

● Royal Brunei Airlines

● Air Niugini

● Garuda Indonesia

● Swish International Airlines

● Turkish Airlines

● Jetstar

  • Transit time in Singapore should not exceed 48 hours.
