ANNOUNCEMENT

OVERSEAS VOTING (OV) REGISTRATION OPEN HOUSE

ON 3 AND 10 OCTOBER 2021

            In view of the extension of the overseas voting (OV) registration, the Embassy will hold an open house for OV registration on:

  • 3 October 2021, Sunday, 09:00 AM - 2:00 PM; and
  • 10 October 2021, Sunday, 09:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

           

PROCESS FOR THE OV REGISTRATION

  • Please book an online appointment at https://phnompenhpe.setmore.com
  • Print and accomplish the Overseas Voters registration form at https://phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph/downloads (located under ‘Other Forms’) prior your appointment to ensure a faster transaction time
  • Bring your valid Philippine passport and one photocopy of the data page (the page with your name, details, and photo) on the schedule of your appointment.

The Embassy will also be providing the following services on the same dates: 

  • Embassy ID issuance and renewal;
  • Passport renewal (https://www.passport.gov.ph);
  • Civil registration (report of birth and report of marriage); and
  • Notarial services (e.g., acknowledgement of employment contract, affidavit of invitation and support, special power of attorney, etc.).

ONLINE APPOINTMENT

Effective 16 March 2020, all consular transactions will strictly require an online appointment to help stem the spread of the novel coronavirus and to protect the public availing of consular services:

No appointment needed

 

Please check the embassy's website: www.phnompenhpe.dfa.gov.ph for the list of requirements and fees for each transaction. Clients are encouraged to prepare the forms and photocopies needed for each transaction in advance to ensure a faster transaction.

Clients are advised to come ten (10) minutes before the scheduled appointment and to wear facemasks before entering the Embassy.
