PUBLIC ADVISORY
EXTENSION OF HEALTH MEASURES IN PHNOM PENH [1]
(as of 23 September 2021)
All Filipinos in Cambodia are informed that the Phnom Penh Municipal Administration has extended the measures for combating and preventing the spread of Covid-19 especially the ‘Delta variant’ from 24 September 2021 to 7 October 2021:
- Prohibition of private gathering of more than 15 people, except:
- Gathering of family members living in the same residence;
- Funeral with the permission from the authorities;
- Gathering of health officials in implementing health measures;
- Gathering of people during court proceedings; and
- Gathering of authorities for maintaining public order and security and serving public interest.
- Prohibition of occupation and business activities at high risk of CovId-19 infection:
- Schools, including private and public vocational training schools that have not been allowed to reopen;
- Clubs, KTVs, bars, discotheques, beer gardens, and casinos;
- Resorts, museums, playgrounds, and amusement parks;
- All kinds of massage and sauna related businesses;
- All kinds of liquor shops and stores; and
- All cinemas, theaters, gyms, and sport centers.
