ONE HEALTH PASS REGISTRATION FOR TRAVELERS TO THE PHILIPPINES

The Embassy of the Philippines in Phnom Penh informs all Filipinos in Cambodia that effective 1 September 2021, all individuals arriving in the Philippines will need to register in the One Health Pass platform: https://onehealthpass.com.ph/

Below is an infographic indicating the quarantine and testing procedures prior to departure, upon arrival at the airport, and at the quarantine facility.  

Those traveling from Cambodia, whether vaccinated or not, are also reminded that they are required to undergo facility/hotel quarantine for ten (10) days and home quarantine for four (4) days as well as RT-PCR testing on the 7th day from the date of arrival.
