CONSULAR AND ATN SERVICES AT THE EMBASSY

FROM 6 MAY 2021

 

In view of the lifting of the lockdown in Phnom Penh and Ta Khmao City effective 6 May 2021, the Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia informs all Filipinos in Cambodia that the Embassy's Consular Office will resume full operations, but strictly by appointment to ensure the safety of all consular clients, except those who are claiming their new passports.

It may be noted, however, that the local authorities in Phnom Penh have yet to issue a decision on whether individuals from the provinces will be allowed to enter Phnom Penh. According to news reports, the three zones (Red, Orange and Yellow) will continue to be implemented to help lower the number of cases. Please check the advisory on zonal restrictions at

Those with scheduled appointments for consular transactions, including overseas voting registration, during the lockdown from 15 April to 5 May 2021, may schedule another appointment starting 6 May 2021.
