DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR

FILIPINO DUAL CITIZENS RETURNING TO THE PHILIPPINES

AND TRANSITING VIA INCHEON AIRPORT

All Filipino dual citizens returning to the Philippines and transiting via Incheon Airport are required to present the following documents:

• Valid Philippine passports, and/or
• A complete set of citizenship documents (i.e. Identification Certificate, Order of Approval, Oath of Allegiance, and PSA-Issued Birth Certificate).

Filipinos with dual citizenship who do not possess Philippine passports are also required to present a complete set of citizenship documents; otherwise, they will not be allowed to board the flight.

In addition to the Filipino citizenship-related documents (Philippine passport/citizenship documents), all travelers to the Philippines are required to present proof of quarantine facility booking. Those unable to comply with this requirement are also refused boarding. END
