- Registerand fill out the electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) athttps://e-cif.redcross.org.ph to secure own QR Code prior to scheduled arrival in NAIA. It should be noted that the online electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) must be accomplished AFTER confirming a booking/flight and prior to scheduled arrival in Manila.
- Results of the swab test are expected to be released within 72 hours; however, there may be delays due to the rise of COVID-19 positive cases in the Philippines.
- All returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and overseas Filipinos (OFs) are requested to secure a valid email address and mobile number prior to their arrival in the Philippines for easier transaction upon arrival at the airport.

- According to the advisory issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) on 11 May 2020, the cost of quarantine accommodations will be shouldered by:
- For land-based OFWs, the cost shall be shouldered by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA);
- For sea-based OFWs, the cost shall be shouldered by the local manning agency and/or Maritime Industry Authorities; and
- For non-OFWs, namely Overseas Filipinos (OFs) returning home, they can choose from among the approved quarantine facilities at their own cost.
