With reference to IATF-EID Resolution No. 30 dated 29 April 2020, ALL FILIPINOS and FOREIGN NATIONALS arriving from abroad shall be required to undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine and COVID-19 testing, subject to the Omnibus Guidelines per DOH Department Memorandum 2020-0200.
