The Embassy launched in August 2019 the consular online appointment system to prevent congestion and cut down on waiting time by ensuring that people do not come at the same time schedule.

In an effort to make it even more convenient to the transacting public, the Embassy will begin implementing the pre-processing of documents before their visit to the Embassy. This is to ensure that consular applicants will bring all the necessary and appropriate documents when they come for their scheduled appointment at the Embassy. It is hoped that, through the pre-processing of documents, multiple visits to the Embassy for a single transaction will be avoided.

The applicant is requested to email the documents three (3) days prior to their schedule/appointment at the Embassy to ensure that the consular staff will be able to assess the documents and inform the applicant if there are lacking documents or if there are documents that need to be revised. 

For weekday appointments (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), please schedule an online appointment at:

As before, walk-in clients will be accommodated, but those with appointments will be prioritized.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH SETMORE:

1. Open the link in your desktop/laptop or mobile phone.

1. Select the service you wish to avail (you can only select one service at a time; if you will require more than one service, please book another appointment/schedule again).

1. Select your preferred date and time schedule.

1. Select option “Skip login process” and fill in the required details:

   4. d.City/Address in Cambodia

Click box indicating that you agree to the cancellation/rescheduling policy of the appointment time selected.
