Please be advised that the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Phnom Penh, Cambodia will no longer affix the red satin ribbon on authenticated/notarized documents.

The authenticated/notarized documents will still have the round gold seal with the Embassy’s dry seal at the front page and continue to be bound by a gold eyelet.

This change will be implemented by all Philippine Foreign Service Posts beginning on 15 June 2019.
